Yellow tape cannot mean anything good. But in this case, it is not representative of a crime scene. Well maybe sort of. This time the crime is that of a feeding frenzy! Termites and more termites. The good news is that it is not as bad as it could have been. Damage was concentrated in the living room and dining room floors and sub-flooring. The good news is that it does not appear to have damaged the floor joists.
On a happier note, notice the bright red ceiling in the kitchen. No termites there!
